I don’t host parties and rarely have friends over and not because I’m antisocial, but it’s because I prefer to meet friends out or go to the pool and grill area in the building after downsizing from a three level ocean, a lot of entertaining so I feel it’s too small for that 🤣 - I work in an office and at home on a video. I am looking for someone who has an active lifestyle, refers to socialize outside of the home more often than in the home, and has a secure source of income. Lifestyle, attitude & personal habits need to be good for both:). WiFi is $ and we would split that and the utilities are paid every other month and it may be $. Sorry I don’t know what the building charges for parking right now, but I think it’s $ish. They also offer storage for an extra fee. Unfortunately there’s no room in the apartment for extra furniture other than possible a dresser for your bedroom.
