Your room rental comes with access to all the common areas in the home; Family Room, Den & Fully Equipped Kitchen. This room is beautifully furnished with a full-sized bed, two bedside tables, a large dresser drawer, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV.

Amenities include; Fireplace, WIFI, Cable, Copy/Fax Machine and a Large Backyard.

Utilities are included with the rent; Electric, Heat, Water, Sewer and Trash.

Weekly maid service for the common areas of the home, $ weekly, paid on a monthly time schedule of $ a month additional.
