Seeking a roommate to share a bath sq ft home with a large backyard. Conveniently located! 2 minutes from Fry’s on Fair st, 5 minutes from YRMC hospital and Prescott college.
Available immediately. Rent is $ and utilities are split two ways which is an average of $/mo per person. First month’s rent and a $ deposit upon moving in. We would start with a month-to-month lease with the possibility of extending it, assuming we are both happy with the living situation.

The available room has a glass sliding door that opens to the back yard/your own private porch/ entrance. Aside from the sliding door your room has one other small window and an enormous closet. Your bathroom was recently renovated.

The yard itself is filled with lots of beautiful foliage including a massive Juniper, apple trees, plumb trees, honey suckle bushes, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

About me:

I am a yr old with a degree in Political Economy and Development. I have two beautiful dogs, one of which is and the other 2. For a living I train dogs, work as a Vet Tech, and clean houses. In my free time I like to tend to my plants, watercolor, and hike.

Seeking:

Preferably a female. Also, no animals although they here may be a rare exception. My older dog does not like cats or “in your face” kinda dogs.
