SUBLET NEEDED JANUARY-MAY 2016

Description

I am looking for a sub leaser male or female for the months January through May. You can move in as early as December 19th and will not have to pay any fees for December. It is a triplex, you will be on the lower level unit. Rent costs 328 per month and that includes everything, but wifi and electricity. It is usually 25-30 for electricity during the winter. The bill comes out to be around 360 per month. You will be living with 2 other awesome girls they both attend UWEC. You will have your own bedroom that is right by the bathroom and the kitchen. The bedroom is a good size and has a nice closet. It is 7 blocks away from campus, about a 15 minute walk or you can take the bus because the bus stop is right across the street.
