Fremont, CA. Looking for someone to join asap on pro rated rent or move in on the 1st of February.
We have a private room and restroom that’s next to your room for rent in our B Apt on the 3rd floor. The apt inside includes a fireplace, garbage disposal in the sink, spacious W/D room, spacious kitchen with your own areas in the cabinets and fridge. We also have a balcony with a large grill. We’re looking for someone respectful and clean. Animals may be okay. We are a relaxed household with roommate rules that are respected between each of us. We are a 🍃💨 friendly household. No cigs. My bf and I are in the larger room (F). Our current roommate(f) will be leaving this weekend to be closer to family and can’t afford fastrak tolls since her job was across the bay. Our new roommate(f) just moved in and will be staying till the end of the lease with us. Next person needs to be able to join the lease. Water and PG&E not included in rent because it fluctuates. Pg&e is around and water/trash can be around per month with rent. Parking is $ a month. Wi-Fi is .
