bath shared apartment

I’m a yrs old single female looking for a roommate to share my bathroom apartment. My previous rented had to leave unexpectedly and won’t be back. Lease is up in June so property management said I could lease it. $ a month plus half the electricity. I work hours a week. I’m clean, responsible and respectful. Hoping to find someone similar to me. Cats and small dogs are ok but you may be charged a deposit . All that will go through Popular Homes which is the property management company.
