Female Roommated Wanted

Description

I have one room (shared bathroom with 1 person) for rent in a three bedroom 1800 sq foot home in Pearland. I have friendly animals; two dogs, a cat, and a small bird. The house has a dog door, open floor plan, plenty of space, new washer and dryer, new carpet in bedrooms and great views. The room available has a calm light blue color on the wall with a window that faces the back yard and it's the most private room in the house.

Looking to rent to responsible person, $450 a month + half electric bill (deposit is $250).

I am 35 with a degree, full time M-F job. The other roommate is in mid 30's, professional working hours. Neither of us smoke, we both 'try' to diet and eat healthy.
