My husband and I live in a nice big house with bedrooms / baths home, and we are renting out the most private bedroom we have in the house. It's located on the first floor and it's the only bedroom we have down there and has your own big bathroom inside the bedroom with bathtub. On the second floor we have a big kitchen, tv room, living room, bath and all other bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor. So very convenient and private.
Home is in Kirkland, Finn Hill neighborhood. Very safe and quiet location with Safeway, restaurants, gas stations, fast food, all just across the street.
