I just applied for a 2bd/2ba downtown next to Wholefoods. The lease starts 1/19 and your rent would be $1150 including monthly fees and what not. The place has a pool, gym and business center. It's dog friendly and within walking distance of dog parks. It's health enthusiast friendly and next to a YMCA as well as walking and biking paths. You'll have easy access to MoPac as well in case you also work up north. There's a washer and dryer in the unit and the closets are awesome and huge.

About me: I'm a 24 yr old female moving to Austin for a new job with a tech company. I'm a very social and outgoing person. On week nights, I like to go to happy hour, run, work out or just chill and read or watch TV. On weekends, I like to explore, travel and check out the restaurant and bar scene.
