-Room for rent with you own FULL personal bathroom (yes, it has a tub). There is a south facing patio door in your room as well. The bedroom can be semi-furnished or unfurnished depending on what’s needed.

-The price is a flat rate including utilities per month. No deals, no negotiations, no promises of rent after move-in, no weekly payments, etc. This isn’t a charity or a homeless shelter, you need to be reliable with a reliable source of income. You must have the full month’s rent UPFRONT.

-The offered price lasts until April at the max. Month-to-month would be acceptable but nothing less. It should be noted my current lease does end in April, thus it only going until then. This would be a short-term option to help someone get from point a to point b.

-With that thought in mind:
No Pets, No Partying, No Drama, Single Occupancy only and I’d prefer there be little to no guests.
