The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood, West Town. you can see the city from the apartment, and it only takes about 18 minutes to commute to downtown Chicago. blue/pink/green line is 7 minute walk away, and bus that goes to Navy Pier (65) and such stops right infant of the apartment. Same bus can drop you right off at red line Grand Station in about 10 minutes or so. Bus 8 that goes to lakeview area is about 7 minute walk away (located right next to the trains station)

rent for the open room is $750, with 1125$ security deposit.
It's the biggest room in the apartment and it's the size of a studio.
