If you need furniture, we do have some available.

About the house: We purchased the house because my husband works at Boeing. The house is mostly brand new (built in ) so we like to keep the house clean. The house is 2900sq ft.

First floor is a living/dining and open concept kitchen.

Second floor are 5bed 2bath. There would be 2 bedrooms total rented out, you would share 1 bath. The other bedrooms are used by Derek and myself for an office and storage.

Backyard: extremely large backyard, we bought it for our German shepherd. We landscaped everything ourselves. We have an outdoor patio/pergola, raised garden beds, and outdoor fire pit.

Garage: we use mostly for brewing, storage, workout space, and for our German Shepherd.
