I have a 3 bedroom apartment and two dogs. We are up on the hill so you don't have to worry about the flooding. :-) One room is an office since I work from home a couple days of the week. In January, I will start traveling regularly. Sometimes I may get stuck in an airport and not be able to make it home. I am willing to reduce the rent cost if I have a roommate willing to help me out with my dogs if this happens (as in just let them out and feed them).
