1 Bedroom at Zislander for sublease

Description

I have a room for sublease for Spring 2016 (January to July). It is a fully furnished bedroom with your own private bathroom in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. Comes with all amenities including 24hr weight room, swimming pool, study rooms, and much more. Rent is $649.00 a month plus $25.00 a month for utilities (just electricity). My roommate is a student as well but will not be doing his internship until Fall 16'. It is on the first floor and on bus route to A&M. The bus takes about 15 minutes to get to campus. If you are not looking to sublease through the summer I might be interested in subleasing it back for summer classes. Anymore information needed just me or give me a call/text.
