Room for Rent Close to UA Campus

1 bedroom available starting Jan 1, 2016 - July 30, 2016, in 5br/4ba house located walking distance to the UA and just off Mountain Ave. I'm graduating this December and looking for someone to take over the lease until it is up in July. Could possibly move the week of December 21st.

The room is 11'x11' size and was able to fit my desk, bed, mini fridge, and dresser great. It has a good sized closet as well that also has some room for storage. For the room available, you would share a bathroom with one other person. The kitchen was just remodeled this past summer by the management company, so it is in great condition. House conveniently has its own washer and dryer downstairs. The house has enough parking spaces for all roommates as well.

The house has 4 other roommates, all (non-smoking) guys, who currently attend the UA and are very outgoing. Utility bills are split 5 ways every month and usually result in $75-100 per month (Cable, Electricity, Water/Sewage, Internet). Please see floor plan attached and starred the room for rent.
