Nice room near red line!

Hey! I have a room coming available on January 1st. $1000 for the room, which includes all utilities, tv/internet, and off street parking. It takes about 13 minutes on the red line to get to Union Station from the nearest metro a short walk away, and about 25 minutes to get downtown when driving down 16th street. Pretty chill housemates - I own the place (so if there's ever anything wrong, I'm right here to take care of it), and have one other roommate who works downtown. The other roommate is also mid-20s, moving here from out of town, and will be here at least through the spring. Would love to find someone who's friendly, easygoing, and can hold a conversation : )
