I am a laid back, quiet, clean female, and I like to cook. Looking for one roommate of any gender who is responsible, clean, and equally chill. I currently share the house with two cats--if you have pets, we can talk. I do have a large fenced area in the backyard if you have a dog.

The bedroom available is a big sunny 12'x15' room ($500/mo). You will have your own bathroom. I would also consider renting the master bedroom (with connected bathroom/shower/walk-in-closet) for $650/mo.

You will be responsible for 50% of the electric bill. That gives both of us incentive to conserve.
