Studio Apt (temporary)

Description

Size: About 600 sq. ft. Amenities: Small washer and dryer, a refrigerator, a dish washer, a stovetop, personal microwave, and a personal convection oven. Bathtub w/ shower head. Overall description: Fake wood flooring for kitchen, living room, and bathroom area. Carpet in bedroom area. There is a half-wall that divides the living room and bedroom area. There are two closets (decently sized), one for each person. Apartment complex: The name is Adele Place Apartments. Its on Goldenrod Road, with the 408 toll road and east colonial road nearby. Purpose of offer: I recently broke up with my long-time girlfriend. We were originally living in this small space, but since she does not want to stay here, I need to find a roommate who is willing to share this small space until my lease ends on July 31st. She is planning on leaving probably February and that's about when I'll need someone. I'd be willing to move into an actual two bedroom at this apartment complex (or other) once my lease ends if that is something you would want. About me: I work at Universal Studios and in my last year of undergrad at UCF. I am a well-mannered, clean, and responsible person. I usually handle all the bills as of now and clean-up after myself. I also play videogames (primarily Destiny on Xbox One). Why the $400: So that is an approximation of what the other person would have to pay. My current rent is $700 but water, sewage, and trash gets added on top of it so it usually goes up to $750 or $760, so I divided that number by half. The average electric bill would be (it's with Duke Energy), which ranges from as low as $90 during the colder months to $140 in the hotter months. I'd cut that number in half and add it to the half of rent from before. I also have just internet here through Bright House, which is $85, but did not calculate that into the shared rent since it is up to you if you want the internet.
