Female roommate - private room

Description

10' x 11' private room for rent in Keizer house. On 3 bus lines within a one block walk. Private bathroom available (the smaller, less pretty bathroom). Or share the larger bathroom (I need available in the mornings before work).

The house is furnished, the room is not furnished. Hard wood floors throughout most of the house. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (about 1600 sf) - I am currently not planning to rent out the third bedroom. There are also two living rooms. Additionally, there is a decent sized yard which I plan to grow fruit trees and garden in.

Small pets are negotiable if kept clean and in your room (ex: fish, hamsters, etc.) No dogs or cats please because I plan to probably get a dog within the next year.
