Subletting 1 Bedroom 5 miles to UCF

I am subletting my room in a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom huge house! 5 miles from UCF! Near Waterford Lakes. Perfect place to live for any college student. Anyone who is interested please contact me!

A little bit about the home:

The Home: Its a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house about 5 miles from UCF. The home comes fully furnished with washe/dryer, fully furnished kitchen and living room. There is also an upstairs loft with a ping pong table. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 of which would be yours! You would share a full bathroom with 2 other roomates, however if that one is ever taken there is a 1/2 bath downstairs that is always free.

The Room: It is a huge room with a window overlooking the lake. It also has a huge closet that i have a hard time filling. Additionally the room will come with a desk if you would like it.

The Roomates: There are 3 awesome male roomates here. They all serve at local restaurants and go to UCF as well. Super chill, but do enjoy going out on occasion. I have been friends with them my whole life. Very easy to get along with. We also have a dog named Leo. He is literally the best dog ever.
