2 bed/2 bath condo

Looking for a ROOMMATE situation.
My roommate of the last three years is moving in with her boyfriend when our lease is up and I would prefer to stay here as it is a nice place, good location and I am frankly sick of moving every 12 months.
Condo itself is 1,099 sq ft -I'm not sure specifically of the size of the available bedroom but both bedrooms are equal in size and both have attached bathrooms. The available room has an extra entrance to the bathroom from the hallway as well as through the bedroom.

Bedroom will not be furnished but living room possibly will be if I buy some of my roommate's furniture off of her that is in there right now. Possible option of using other furniture if you have something you'd like to bring.
