Brand new house, dog friendly, MSU!

Description

Two rooms available in a brand new, 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house. The rooms are private, and share a large bathroom ($575/month). Utilities are not included, but the house is brand new and very efficient, so utilities are expected to be very low. Parking on street, in driveway, and in two car garage.
The house is a 7 minute bike ride, 25 minute walk from MSU campus. ~10 minute drive right up 3rd/Willson to main street.
The two current tenants are 23 yr old male graduate students. We like good beer, grilling, and to hike and ski. We keep all common areas clean (especially the kitchen!), and are ok with small get togethers. We are open to male or female room mates (we have both lived with both).
I have a 1.5 yr old german shepherd mix (60lb) who loves people and other dogs and even cats. The house is pet friendly and we have a small fenced in side yard. there is an extra $25/month pet rent plus deposit.

The house is still under construction and will be completed in mid December for move in January 1st. We will be out of town December 12-26th, so we would like to secure room mates by the 12th, and would like to be able to meet you first. Pictures of a finished model can be seen here ().
