Hello, I have a two bedroom townhouse and am looking for a roommate. The house is large, with all hardwood floors, and was renovated about a couple years ago, so it looks and feels brand new. The kitchen is spacious and great for cooking; especially with the new, granite like counter tops. The living room is also spacious. There is a bathroom and laundry room downstairs as well, as well as a back door with a small backyard. The bedroom is spacious as well, and comes with your own, personal bathroom. The townhouse is also located less than a 10 minute walk away from VCU campus, and the Cary Street Gym. It is also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street, along with a short drive to Cary Town that contains many shops and restaurants as well! I am 22 years old and have a cat (cats are allowed but dogs are not, sorry) and am very respectful. I am in a sorority, so I do go out quite often. However, I do not like having parties, so the house will not be loud and or messy most of the time. I am VERY clean, and very respectful of other's privacy. The utilities are not included with the rent but they run about $100-$150. Parking is free! There is a parking lot right next to the house.
