large room in Home

Description

The ROOM; I have a large room in a home here on hilltop. the room itself is the largest room in the house. Its 28ft by 15ft. with 7ft ceilings-plus on each side of the room is an additional 5ft by 5ft nook with a siding window over looking the neighborhood. Included is a bed, dresser and a computer/study table. has 2 ceiling lights and 2 in wall heaters. the room is at the top of a stairway which oddly is located through the bathroom at the back of the house. It is a VERY private room just off the kitchen and bathroom.
There are already 3 people living here so its preferable that it just be yourself (no couples).
IF you have 1 small dog, that is OK. small like 30lbs or less small. terrier, pug etc
