Would like to share my 1800+ sq ft home with a roommate. Private bedroom and bath, with access to kitchen, living, dining, laundry rooms and back yard. Home in quiet neighborhood close to major highways, shopping, restaurants. entertainment and large parks.
I am divorced Christian man who shares his home with my 20 year old daughter and trusted dog. My daughter is a honor student and attends school in West Texas. She comes home on an occasional weekend or school breaks.
I tend to stay to myself, attend church regularly or out with friends. I been with the same business for over 30 years. I can go into my local office or work from home, Monday thru Friday 8 to 6 pm.
My one house rule is our bedroom is our private space. I will not enter yours and ask the same.
Rent ($900) includes all utitlies, access to TV, wireless internet and maid service every 2 weeks. You can park in driveway or on street.
