Spacious 1 BR/1 BA Sublease

Hello! I am going to be leaving Buffalo in December to study abroad and I'm offering a sublease of my 1 BR 1 BA in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and cozy with clean carpet floors and a large bay window. The apartment building is very pet friendly, not loud whatsoever, and a 2 minute walk from UB North Campus. I am a female and so is my roommate--she will be here from December to July--and we are very fun and kind people! Rent is very cheap ($517/ month) and is very well kept. The sublease would be from December (or January) to July so please let me know if you are interested!
