Hello!
I am trying to sublease my 2 bed/2 bath duplex.
Rent is $362.50 a month.
My roommate is also trying to sublease her room, so if you have a friend that you would like to live with you, the other room is available.
Washer/dryer included. Everything else is unfurnished.
Utilities/bills are not included.
The pet deposit is already paid for, so if you have a pet, you're in the clear.
Lease would begin Jan 4 and it ends May 15 at 9 AM.
