Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 2 bedroom town home. This room has a private bathroom and is about 12ft x 13ft plus the attached bathroom and closet. VERY SPACIOUS. Comes with wifi and cable, as well as access to a private gym, pool, tanning beds, a study area, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a beach volleyball area. Is part of the Woodlands of College Station complex. There is currently a female roommate. Furniture is required but the common areas are furnished so only bedroom furniture is needed.
