It's fully furnished, decorated, has a great balcony view and feels like a HOME. Therefore, I need a roommate that I can co-exist with. I refuse to walk on eggshells in my own place, meaning, GOOD VIBES ONLY PLEASE. We Will be sharing a bedroom, however it is big enough to comfortable fit two queen size beds, there is a walk in closet and an extra storage room. Looking for a roommate who is clean, easy going, and respectful of others. You must have a job! Sorry if that offends anyone but, rent needs to be paid 50/50. The neighborhood is pretty awesome too. It's quiet, not a lot of disturbances or problems.
