The Huntington metro station is only a 15 minute walk away, which makes this apartment complex perfect for commuters. There is always plenty of parking around the building and the neighborhood is very safe and child/pet friendly. The apartment is pretty empty in the shared living areas, so if you have furniture you'd like to bring, feel free. The kitchen is fully equipped. Internet will be included in your utilities, but if you want cable you'll have to set it up.

The main bathroom will be shared. The other two people living in the apartment are both former military, one male and one female. They are very relaxed and cool people in their mid 20s. Ideally you are in your mid-late 20s, early 30s, responsible and clean.
