Laundry available per schedule

Walking/ bike path to Chatfield State Park

$800 a month (ALL Major utilities included!)
$200 deposit (refundable)
3 month lease ( month on a case by case basis)
Application required - no fee
ONE person occupancy, please.
NON smoking
Pets on a case by case basis - (large dogs not permitted due to HOA restriction).
There is a dog and a caged pet on premises currently (if you have allergies - something to consider)
