Hello,
I have two rooms for rent. I am looking for one person to rent both rooms. You also get a full private bathroom. There is a nice backyard. A fireplace. A two car garage for storage or whatever.

I am a 41 year old man. I work for Post Foods as a Food Technologist. I have worked there for 9 years. I am a quiet person. I like to read, paint and play board games. I am clean and respect my roommates.

I have a dog. He is very friendly but needs to be the only pet in the house. Another dog may be possible but it needs to be a very good fit.

The owners will require an employment check and rental history.
