We are two male young professionals (mid 20s) living in a nice, safe, gated 3 bedroom townhouse in the Villas at Harbor Isles community. The community is well located within 2 minutes of I-95 exit 23 - Griffin Road. The location is perfect for anyone who works or goes to college on the east side of Broward County or Miami Dade as it is really close to the middle of where these two counties meet. (4956 Tradewinds Ter, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312)

The townhouse itself is two stories, 2 1/2 bathrooms and comes with electricity, water, and cable/Wi-fi included in the price. Kitchen is all new stainless steel appliances. (we are the first ones to rent the house since it was renovated).

There are 3 bedrooms total and one is available for rent, you can choose between:

- One room that shares a bathroom with one of us. This room is for rent for $700. (everything included)

- The master bedroom is also available with a private bathroom, balcony, and double closets. This is available for $950. (everything included)

We are both real estate professionals and very busy with our careers. We work from home some days and from our office others. We are both very outgoing, clean and easy to get along with. We like to socialize and have a good time but our careers are our main-focus at this point in our lives. So we aren't out partying every week or hosting parties here. We don't smoke (not 420 friendly, sorry). We go to the gym 4-5 days a week and we eat very healthy. (just to give you an idea of our values)

We are looking for someone who has the same priorities (career-focused, healthy, clean, etc.) You can be male or female, mid 20s or above. No couples please. There is an HOA here so you will need pass a background/credit screening.
