I am a 50 year old woman seeking a roommate. Gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, etc. do NOT matter. I live in a house that has 3 floors, each floor is its own apartment. You would have your own bedroom. You must be feline friendly. Your animals are welcome, but will need to be 'approved' by my cats. I am pretty quiet and laid back. The rent is $900 a month and THIS DOES include all water, sewage, gas, electric, XFinity cable TV, and wireless Internet. There is on-street parking; however, my landlords do have a garage available. This would be an extra charge. Move-in can occur 31 October 2015 or later.
