Let's rent a place together

Hi! Recently separated and looking for an apartment or house to share.Rest assured hubby has left the state and isn't coming back nor would I let him. I have a 21 yr. old daughter and 2 cats and a dog.

If you are reading this, you are looking for a roommate as well. Ideally it would be great to find someone who also is looking for a place to live and we rent the place together. We are quiet people who keep to ourselves but also friendly and want to make friends. We have our own furniture but willing to compromise if you have furniture too. We also have a washer and dryer. It would be great to rent a home with a pool.

I'm looking for a responsible person who has a stable income. Not looking for a partier, smoker, or someone who has constant visitors. Looking for someone who is likeminded. We both are Christians but don't go to church much, though I would like to change that. We are not the uptight bible thumping types, we laugh at dirty jokes sometimes. We are down to earth. We do not smoke and prefer someone who does not smoke either. Not interested in drinkers or druggies. Occasional drinks are one thing but everyday drinking is a problem. Clean, drama-free and honest. Looking for a female roommate.

We are looking to rent a place between Cocoa Beach to Sebastian and every place in between. Prefer more south than north but open to suggestions. We also prefer to live closer to the water whether it be the river or the ocean(but not too close to the ocean I'm scared of hurricanes...lol) Finally, we need to spend less than $800 a month on rent and utilities.
