The house is located in Northwest Houston off of 290 and Bingle; it is 14 miles from downtown. I am looking to rent out 2 of my 3 vacant bedrooms upstairs. 480 dollars monthly (includes all utilities, water, electricity, gas, and cable) and a 200 dollar deposit. There is one bathroom, living room, and 3 rooms upstairs. Downstairs includes: master bedroom/bathroom (mine), guest restroom, laundry room, living room, dining room, breakfast area, and kitchen. I am a 25 year old female. Full time professional job. I am looking for a female 21-31 years of age that is responsible, clean, and has a stable source of income. Absolutely , no smoking, no drugs, and no pets. Month to Month lease is okay, 6 month lease is okay.
