Single occupancy private room with a private full bath located in the Leander/Cedar Park area close to 1431.

Bedroom is furnished (bed and wall units), but if you would prefer to rent it unfurnished, that is fine too. Also located upstairs is an exercise room, game room and home office that you would have access too as well as the kitchen, laundry room and large fenced yard (two decks, stream, fire-pit).

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is also a community pool within walking distance.

We are a married couple both very laid back, friendly and absolutely drama free. Only looking to rent a room to make use of the upstairs area that we rarely use.

We have two very friendly dogs. 1 is a medium size terrier mix that primarily stays outside and 1 small inside dog.

$200 deposit, Dog or caged pet okay.
