I'm in my mid 40's female and work full-time in the financial industry. I am laid back, very tidy, likes going out occasionally. My home is my get away from from it all place, to unwind. I have two large dogs. Please no other pets.

YOU:
Must be employed full time and have a dependable income. Female applicants preferred, male OK as well. No drama, no smoking, friendly, likes dogs, plans on staying long-term.

THE BOTTOM LINE:
Rent is approximately $600.00 per month 1/2 plus utilities. A background check is required. 1st month and security deposit expected. Room available January 10, 2016.
