Desiring to find a trustworty roommate. I do enjoy living alone, but I need to share expenses. I have no pets currently, but i like dogs, cats, fish, these would be welcomed if they are clean, harmless, and friendly.
The home is comfortable, safe, relatively new, well furnished in all shared areas. Offering a 2 bedroom,1 private bath, unfurnished set of rooms. There is a full bedroom of furniture available, or not, depending on your preferences, and another room as a studio or office. I am considerate of your privacy and will remain respectful of your property and space. I am looking for a roommate that will resipricate same attitude. Im a quiet guy, enjoying life, and happy. I am very much looking for a smooth tempered guy who hopefully will become a friend.
