Hi, my name is Julia and I have a bedroom for rent in a quiet, drama free home with a large fenced in back yard off of Needmore Rd. It's a cul de sac (no drive through traffic) neighborhood and It is close to EVERYTHING (Post, Hemlock, APSU)! I am 34 and pretty laid back, abhor drama, CLEAN, a graduate of APSU and work full-time. I have a sheltie that is house trained, extremely well behaved and cat. I work full-time during the week so I'm up and out of the house pretty early. I enjoy a margarita or two on occasion and I'm totally willing to share!
Room:
This bedroom will be available by October 1st. It is 10x12 in size, comes with a DVR and is unfurnished. Shared bathroom (no one has ever had a problem accessing when needed) Rent is $400 per month and due on or before the agreed upon date plus a $100 deposit that is partially refundable with 30 day notice. A month to month rental agreement is required and proof of employment. References are a plus.
Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for a respectable, courteous, responsible, CLEAN (meaning you do not hoard trash, old food etc. in your room) and friendly roommate that wants a place to rent for 3+ months. No couples. No drama. No thieves (you know who you are). Yes, I actually had to include that ;) This is not a kid friendly home. NO DRAMA! I can't say that enough. I will respect you and your privacy and I expect the same in return. Guests are ok every once in a while and within reason because this is not a party pad.
