Description

This is a shared rental with me, the owner of the house. Private bedroom with shared bathroom just two blocks from WIU campus. House is fully furnished including the bedroom which comes with a full size memory foam bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Bedroom has a closet and ceiling fan.

Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and anything needed to cook a meal.

All utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet. Cable or satellite television will be up to renter. Washer and dryer in basement as well as room for storage. Large yard and off street parking also included.

This is a quiet house in a very good and safe neighborhood. I am a grad student and I spend a majority of my time doing school work and prefer to have a renter that doesn't like to party.

Dogs are ok with additional deposit but no cats since I am allergic.

Rent is $550 with everything included. Deposit is $600
