Hi, My name is Adam, and I recently just moved into a new private 2 Bedroom /2 Bathroom apartment located in Marina Mile. I moved down to South Florida over 3 years ago to pursue a career in Recruiting/Sales. I have been employed with the same employer for over 3 years. My job is demanding and I work Monday-Friday from 7:30am-6:00pm
The apartment is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood near a park and several local school's baseball fields.

The apartment complex consists of 8 apartments. I am looking for someone who is employed with a steady job.

My ideal roommate would be around my age as a young professional. I am looking to maintain a smoke-free and drug-free living space. I enjoy being outside whether that is going to the beach, camping, hiking, etc. I am not a big clubber however I do enjoy going downtown to the bars on the weekends or going out for Happy Hour during the week. I am low key, and I am hoping to keep everything drama free.

Rent without utilities is $1,400/month. I am looking for a roommate who can afford $700/month plus 50% of utilities. After documenting the apartment's pre move-in condition, I would be looking for $700 deposit to cover any damages over the course of your lease. All final applicants must be ran through the apartment's associate for approval.
