Couple Seeking Student/Professional

A little about us: My husband and I are in our late 20's and just bought our first home and are looking for a roommate. I've just finished school and start my new job on December 1st! My husband is a Marine Corps recruiter at Hanes Mall. I'll be working weekdays, and my husband usually works everyday from early in the morning until late at night, except some shorter hours on weekends. We have no children, two cats, a pit bull puppy, and a snake. We're quiet "homebody" type people; I drink rarely, and my husband doesn't drink at all. Who we're looking for: We prefer a student or professional; all applicants will be considered though, and will interview with both my husband and I to determine if we're all a good fit. Utilities are included in the price of the rent, but groceries are not. We have internet, but no cable (roommate is welcome to add cable service at their own expense). Roommate must be a non-smoker, and have no pets or children. Also, a new roommate can paint the bedroom if they clear the color with us first! Further details can be discussed upon meeting.
