Nice Room with All Bills Paid

Renting out a room in my house that will be available mid August 2015. House is right off I-45 and Beltway 8. It is a 3br/2ba brick house with wood floors throughout. Great location if you're attending UH or UH Clear Lake. It's about 15-20 minutes from either campus, but out of the way enough to get some space.

All bills included with $600 monthly rent. Room is furnished with wood desk, leather chair, new bed, and new mattress. There is a 50" TV in the room with ATT Uverse ultimate package (basically every channel, including , HBO, etc.). Also includes 18mbps WiFi, which is the fastest ATT offers in this area.

I have a decent gym/workout station in the garage that I will post a pic of soon. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Fireplace and 65" TV with Xbox One, DVR, and surround sound in the living room. Security cameras around the house. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. I have no pets and would prefer a roommate without pets as well.
