Seeking Female-Maryland Heights

I am looking for a female roommate in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Maryland Heights. The rent is $450/mo and that includes, water, sewer, trash, and wireless internet. The only additional cost would be half of the electric each month.
I am a 29 year old female and work Mon-Fri at a non-profit in Creve Coeur. I keep things neat and organized, especially the common area. I don't have any pets, am a non-smoker, and am looking for someone who is the same. I am pretty laid back and easy going. I have a few friends over once in awhile but we mainly go out.
I am looking for someone responsible and definitely not a partyer. I know that it's a stretch but I am also looking for someone who will be on the same page with me about not having overnight male guests. Other than that I am pretty easy going. I love interior decorating, music, cooking, netflix marathons, concerts, and just spending time with my friends! Would love to hear from you and can provide pictures and answer any questions you may have if you feel we might be a good fit!
