looking for a long term roommate in Martinez. this is in a house in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from Diablo Valley College. you would have your own private bathroom and access to washer and dryer. I work a lot and work weekends so the house would be essentially yours most of the time so if you like privacy you would probably like this situation
