Hi, my current roommate is moving out leaving one of the bedrooms vacant. It is a 2BR apartment in downtown Rockville, located directly across Rockville Pike from the Rockville metro station. Very convenient to metro and less than 5 minute walk to the station. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building and building amenities include key FOB entry, guest parking and a gym.

The vacant room has a walk-in closet and you would also have your own bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room would all be shared spaces, and there is also a balcony. Plenty of room for storage space as well.

The rent is $875/month ($775 security deposit) and includes all utilities except for cable/internet, which we can discuss further if interested. The lease is typically month-to-month but ideally looking for someone who wants to find a place long-term. Not really open to short-term stays. Also, the room can be available for move-in immediately if needed.

About me: I have lived in this apartment for almost two years now. It is a great place, very convenient to metro and Rockville town center. I am a 30 yr old, straight male, clean, respectful, up for an occasional happy hour but not a habitual drinker. Mainly looking for a male roommate who is also clean and respectful of personal spaces.
