Mid size bedroom with your own bathroom (which guests will use as well so, it must be kept clean). You will also have your own closet space as well. Three bedroom house with a large backyard and garage. Space in the driveway for parking. You will have to furnish the bedroom, everything else is furnished already. If you have household furniture you would like to use other than bedroom furniture, that can be discussed.

I am looking for a female roommate who is an honest, mature and responsible adult. I want to be able to live comfortably with another adult and not have to worry about the well-being of anything. Respect me and I will respect you. :)

Must love animals. I have 2 cats and cat-sized dog. lol They are all very friendly.

And must be willing to do a background check at your own expense.
