2 rooms+1 bath, Med Center townhome

I'm looking for an easy-going, neat and respectful roommate to rent out the bottom floor of my townhome.

There are two rooms, both are considered bedrooms, and a bathroom. One room is small enough that I'd recommend it be used as a study / living area. However, you could fit a bed in it.

The bedroom is furnished with a dresser and twin trundle bed (which could be moved to the smaller room, if you'd rather bring your own bed). Both rooms have very large closets.

There is a private garden all to yourself, great for hanging out with friends or having a zen moment.

The washer/dryer are on the 1st floor, too.

We would share the 2nd floor of the 3-story home. It has the kitchen, dining area and living area.

I have an adorable dog, The Fonz, who everyone loves. He spends a lot of time at grandmas, though. I would keep him on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

There is a park across the street from the complex, and a bike trail with access to all of Houston as well as the bayou trail, which takes you to Herman Park.

The Museum District is walkable, and downtown is only a mile away on 288. Very close to midtown bars and restaurants. Bike-able.

Getting around the inner loop from this area is fantastic. I'd lived in Montrose before and thought I was going to miss the accessibility of that neighborhood. But this is better.

Ideally, the lease would start August or Sept 1, 2015 and last until the end of December 2015, with a option for extending beyond that.

I'm flexible on dates and pro-rating.
