Room in an artist's home.

Description

I am looking for a mature non-smoking roommate without furry pets. I prefer a female because I live with my 12 year old daughter, and the rooms would be across the hall from one another on the front half of the house.

Housemate will have their own room with a bookshelf (built-in), ceiling fan with remote and of course a closet (I can also furnish a desk, lamp, twin bed and dresser if needed). Roommate would share a bathroom with my daughter. Shared kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Roommate will have their own living room at the front entrance of the house.

Rooms are hardwood except kitchen/dining room and bathrooms which are ceramic tile and my back living room has carpet for the time being.

I live in the house with my daughter, but we are only there during school nights and are out of town on the weekends. When we are home, we spend our evening in the back portion of the house, we get home late most nights because of basketball practice.

This room would be great for a student attending FTCC which is within walking distance, and Fayetteville State University which is about a minute drive. Home is close to downtown and near access to Bragg Blvd, Morganton Road and Cliffdale Road to get to anywhere in town quickly.

Room is $300/month +$100/month to cover utilities.
